Where will we be going?
Tour locations are dependent on the time of day and the location of our subject matter. These can vary greatly. As such, we do not have pre-determined locations for each tour.
Can I bring a non-photographer guest?
Yes, each paying photographer is permitted one non-photographer guest at no additional cost, unless otherwise indicated on our Bookings page.
What is the best time of day for a wildlife tour?
For wildlife tours, we suggest an evening departure time for best lighting conditions.
Will we see wildlife?
On all wildlife tours, our guides will use their local knowledge to make best efforts to find wildlife photography opportunities. However, wildlife sightings cannot be guaranteed.
What is the maximum group size?
Most tours are limited to five guests, with wildlife tours being limited to two paying photographers per tour. The two-photographer limit on wildlife tours allows each paying photographer to be assigned a seat with a window that opens.
What locations do you pick up from?
We offer pickup and dropoff within 5 km of the Jasper townsite. If you are staying outside of this range, we offer pickup from the RV Parking Lot in Jasper.
What is your cancellation policy?
We understand that undesirable weather or unforeseen circumstances may occur. We encourage booking your photo tour early in your visit to Jasper to allow you to reschedule, depending on availability. In the event that you wish to cancel, we offer last-minute cancellation for any reason, less a $25 administrative fee.
Do you offer equipment rentals?
Yes, we offer camera rentals to our guests for the duration of any booked tour at a flat rate of $100. Tripods can be provided free of charge - please use the booking form to request a tripod. Headlamps are provided free of charge on all night photography tours.
